When you claim they will request 1 document, once you submit that they will request another, then another, instead of just giving you a list of what they need to finalise your claim. I had issues with my phone and requested to only be contacted via email yet somehow got an email saying they have been trying to call me and my line is unavailable. Of course, it's unavailable, I clearly communicated that beforehand. I started my claim in January and still not finalised in March, it's a funeral cover, it's meant to assist with the funeral costs. 3 months later, I still owe people that helped with the funeral because they won't pay.
