The application part went smoothly. Except for the HIV test which seems to be dragging non stop. Despite emails and phone calls requesting for assistance so I could go for HIV test but to no avail. I even went to Lancet a week ago but I was told my info has not been loaded. I'm just waiting to be told the 90 days has expired and they put a block on my policy, then I will demand all my premiums. Ps my rating will change when I get assistance with the HIV test.
