I have been a client since 2018. Never had problems until recently when I changed my payment date and my banking details. Each time I expect my payment to be deducted it doesn't go off as confirmed with the company numerous times. So each time I had to call and have them recollect... As their system was the problem. They continued to deduct from my previous bank account and it was just tiring to call all the time asking them what is going on. They would say they are sending me updated documents which I never received. Up until March 26th the payment never went off again. Same story this time Mogadi Sello assisted and made sure I received the documents whilst on the call. She did a recollect which went off as promised. Now for the month of April and forth I will have to monitor. Because the biggest worry was that we weren't covered based on the Fact that the company was in breach.
