I had a very bad experience with. Very poor service. I submitted my claim a week ago and up to date didn't receive my money as yet. Miway didn't deliver as they promised. When took out the policies, I was told that claims are paid out within 48 hours. So, they lied! On Monday I spoke to Nosipho Ngwenya who told me my claim was approved a week ago, and that the money was supposed to be in my account Monday or latest Tuesday. Today is Friday, and I haven't receive anything. I called her yesterday, and she told me that she received approval for my claim only yesterday and that the money will be available last night or today, but still nothing. So, Miway keeps on lying to me. This for me is disrespect towards myself and my family. I want to cancel my policies with Miway!
