Lifecover was pre-approved, said they would contact me in a few days to arrange medical tests if needed.A few days later i received an email stating that the policy was declined due to not reaching me when they called (there were no calls made to me)- I then contacted them asking why it was declined if I was never contacted.They arrange for someone to call me back, she asked 4 questions- kept me on hold for a long time...proceeded by telling me the cover was denied.Keep in mind - all just before end of April.THEY STILL PROCEEDED WITH THE DEBIT ORDER - The bank can't reverse the debit order due to being "locked/closed" on Miways' side.This isn't right, the policy was declined but it's still fine to take my payment??!I'm not happy I want my debit order amout paid back - why do you set up the debit order to go off if the policy wasn't accepted and approved on your side??!
I understand that you can't approve all policies, but how can you still collect a debit order on a declinded policy?
No one is attending to the matter - No contact from Miway at all.
