I am dissatisfied with the grace period cause was having financial difficulty and could not pay my premiums for two months, before I could pay all my premiums, one of my insured members passed away and my claim was not approved. As I had budgeted to pay all three months premiums, only to see a one month debit order going through my account. I have been a loyal premium payer for years and think thats totally unfair.
