Currently, very poor. With this being my 1st interaction with Myway. Information captured incorrectly and the 48 hour turn around tine has now gone to 96 hours. The information required to rectify this is on your internet telephone recordings and no feedback has been received. I called in and still nothing. As a new client I am now considering canceling and moving to another insurer.
