It was really bad. While the docent was a very knowledgeable and caring person, my actual hairdresser was terrible! I asked her to make layers, she said "ah okay" and didn't do. She also made for me completely horrible uneven bangs that I had to fix myself at home with scissors. When drying my hair she was using too hot air too close and I told her she burns my scalp she said "ah okay" and kept on. It was for sure my worst hairdresser experience in my life. I understand they need to learn but there should be some control and it should still be okay which it wasn't. My husband also had his haircut there and it came out eventually also uneven and he had to use his electric razor to fix his sides. I do not understand what happened as I was there also one year before this time and had good experience, but this time was a nightmare.
