Very smooth process, from making an appointment online, to the actual sit down. Our hairstylist was Yara and she had the assignment to cut my daughter's hair. Overall the experience was very nice and me and my daughter and everyone else loves the outcome. Yara was nice and explained the whole process. We will definitely be coming back.
