I used your site to book a parking place. On the front of the booking I tapped info on the shuttle and it said this was included in the price!! I then booked and got to the payment page and was advised that I had to pay a charge for using a card!!
I paid and was sent an email saying that I had to pay the shuttle separately which totally contradicted the booking page which said the shuttle was included in the price!! This is a con and I have sent my comments to your company !! I was then advised if I want to cancel it was a 10% charge!!
I will never use your company again and please put this review online and on your website so that other holiday makers are not conned by you!!
What would you improve about the website?
The booking website is misleading as I have described above. When you press shuttle it says that the shuttle is included in the price!! Totally misleading. If I had known it wasn’t then I would have gone with another company!!
I will never use you again!!
