The phone customer service, specifically Richard, was really helpful and nice. He answered all my concerns.
The huge disappointment is that in the postcards I printed, the back was not centered as the design I sent. In the B2 paper, I specifically put in the remarks and mentioned again in the email, to cut a specific border. It was not cut.
What I dont like is the fact that a person cant ask for changes if mistakes are made in the prints.

One is supposed to see the prints before they are wrapped and taken home. If there are mistakes, I shouldnt be paying for it, nor in experience nor in extra expense.
