I speak English. Yesterday we came into your showroom, you had a tv stand we were wanting to look at. However it had another tv stand on top with a lamp on top of it. This is one of those unfinished rough wood so we asked to be able to see full table... you know remove other stand bc it's a display And we would love to see the full display of said table. The seller told us no we couldn't see that table we had to go to warehouse to see it in a box? The conversation was in Dutch between my partner and him. Whom is Dutch native. I can understand Dutch but I write and talk in English. This didn't make sense why i had to drive somewhere else to see a table that was on display but covered with other stuff. And those stands are all unique bc of the wood. We really liked the display only wanted to see what it looked like not just the front angle but sides and top. Refused! So i asked bc at this point it was only a display was unknown, it was on your op is op items on discount...I actually wanted the display table I was looking at i wanted to buy at its listed price... the display not one from the warehouse as none will look the same, as soon as he heard me speak in English he seen i was not from there, he directly asked me where i was from, I said...America... he responds with the most belittling response... well we have a way we do things here in Netherlands not Like you do over there.. then proceeds to walk without me, with my partner 3 meters distance from me i made it farther when he began speaking in Dutch about my country and its current state, berating my nation not knowing anything about it besides what news tells him, distasteful! I walked out without my partner...I was the one buying not him.

Sad to say this is rude, uncalled for and highly unprofessional. I came in to give you money for your products I came in to buy something, i was unclear why i had to drive somewhere else to see a table on display... why i couldn't see that one before going to another location? I've lived here 3 years...it didn't make any sense why he refused to show us the full table on display, I didn't know it wasn't for sale, it had a reduced price tag on it! So I asked! Isn't that what you're supposed to do?

I didn't know it was only a display, mind you a display, that couldn't be seen besides front view... Those tv stands don't look like a person can put them together from a box. I thought it was as is, due to op is op sale! And instead I get insulted for asking questions...

Imagine if you will, you walk in to my business and I reprimanded you for asking questions, bc you're a foreigner, saying we don't do things like you? What is Like Americans do exactly? All I did was ask questions, where I was confused? And proceed to talk negatively to your partner about your home country?
