Extremely disappointed in the after sale and the customer service - after more than 9 weeks of waiting, we received 2 sofas, which were in a completely different color. We were promised the issue will be dealt with "urgency" only to hear back that it will take additional 8 weeks (!) to receive the replacement sofas. What is the definition of "urgent"? Looks like Pronto is not that pronto, after all.
Not even for a moment did we have a feeling that customer service of Pronto actually took the issue seriously or worked hard enough to resolve it to our satisfaction.
