Terrible customer service.
As you know all pronto stores in have a small area for the customers to choose textilles and colours, etc. Yesterday 20th Jan 2019, around 14:00, in the Nijmegen store, those areas were full, and so were the two cashiers. The cashiers were doing the same thing, with two customers, choosing colours textiles, etc etc. I wanted to buy smaller stuff and I STAYED 30 MIN IN THE LINE, WAITING. Until i gave up.
