I like the convenience and the fact that I don't have to think about food. Saves a lot of time.
I eat Queal for around half of myeals.
I am quite concerned whether it is a healthy long term option. The meal is not very diverse and the powder does not have that many ingredients in it.
After only 2 weeks with Queal I am being tired with the sweetness of it - I cannot have a chocolate/vanilla/hazelnut shake for breakfast, lunch and desert. At times I just eat a teaspoon of salt to kill my 'savory food' cravings.
The shaker bottle should be improved. It 'explodes' after shaking it for 30 seconds, I variably bursting Queal all over me, my laptop etc. It behaves as if there was Coke inside and not a meal replacement.
I will order again, as I really like not to think about food too much. But please, do some more research on long term effects of it. I don't want to find out in a couple of years that because of my Queal experiment I destroyed my digestive system or got any other serious illness.
