In general, I was positively surprised with the taste (tried the Strawberry one so far) and how full I felt afterwards. However, the shaker does not do an amazing job as there is still some bumps even after long and vigorous shaking. Also, it is not very easy to get the measures out of the bag without spilling some powder. In general, it is a good product that saved me quite some time already.
