Queal helps me ensuring I'm having a healthy and balanced lunch in particular when I don't have much time for it.
I really enjoy the taste and the variety that the "flavor of the month" offers, but I've been wondering if a "no flavor" option that one could customize as one would want (say with honey or jam) could be an option. If not, at least more information on how those flavors are made could be appreciated.
Some transparency on how the products are made (without revealing industrial secrets of course) maybe through videos letting us visit the places where Queal is made could be interesting. Indeed, if I had any concern with Queal at this point, this would really be wondering the origin of the ingredients. When I don't eat Queal (which is still the majority of the time), I'm quite careful about buying organic fruits and veggies produced at a reasonable distance from my home. Knowing that when I eat Queal I also stick to those principles would reassure me. I definitely appreciate the list of ingredients being open, it would just be pushing it one little step further. Finally, still in that idea of transparency, if Queal is evaluated by independent laboratories (and I'm assuming it's the case to monitor that the continuous adherence to regulations), publishing the result of those evaluations would also be a good thing that I'm sure many customers (or potential customers still a little too worry to jump in) would appreciate.
