I don't know whether you are referring to the company or the product... but I am rather satisfied with the product. It gives exactly what is advertises: a complete meal replacement that leaves you satisfied for hours without insulin dips or spikes. I'm going to give it 9, only because some improvements can be done on the taste side (not big ones, though).
