I did not shake my first meal of Queal sufficiently but it was still pleasant. I am finding that a minute or more shaking is required to get a good consistency. However, the taste has been very good (I've tried Chocolate and Peanut so far) and, once shaken enough, the texture is also good (not unlike a thick milkshake... but with a cereal taste).
My plan is to use Queal as a weekday meal and eat normally on the weekend. This is working so far as Queal is more filling than I would have expected. I don't fill 'full' but I don't feel hungry either.
