Container seemed to have experienced some mechanical damage. Labels and container were scratched even though packaging was good. That leads me to think about how products are handled within facility. Cover under the lid of the container was almost removed. I think I had received notification about this before I received package but regardless. That feeling is not pleasant. Those are edibles, cannot help but think that they are exposed. Interaction with services seems friendly. P.S. My product was from nootropic category. Very controversial. In past five days I'm not sure that I have experienced any upsides or downsides. It is hard to find any studies backing components and their effect used in this product. Tastes like dandelion. Looks like grained chalk.
