Very practical when you're on the move, however I prefer not to mix it before I go (you can find cold water anywhere, don't have to carry around water that gets warm over the day etc...), so smaller bags (one bag per serving) would be more practical. Competing products have a bag size that fits inside the shaker, just take out the bag, add water, open the bag and our it in, shake, done. No mess.
