It tastes good and it replaced my breakfast. I had alot of hunger with regular breakfast - after drinking Queal: 5-7 hours without any hunger. Ordered competitor product lently to have a difference. Queal tasts better over all and the delivery time was incredible (3 days). Lently had 2 weeks delivery time. My favorite is banana mania.
Will order Queal again - but i will try light product then because i will try to lose some weight.
