Purchase experience was quite good. Packaged arrived within the forecasted timeframe and in good condition. I ordered a taste tester, which brought as a bonus a white chocolate bar. I don't really like white chocolate, but still tried to eat it. It was really hard to eat, and very sticky to the teeth. So I had to throw it away. Regarding the shakes, the flavors are nice enough, and I like to use a bit more water then what is recommended. I was a bit sad that macchiato didn't come on the taste tester. Packaging of the shakes needs a lot of improvement. It's really hard to close that zip, and taking the powder out of the bags can be a mess (easy to spill between the bag and the shaker). Overall I'm quite satisfied with the experience, but I believe you could address one of the biggest daily pains (preparing the meal - specifically moving the powder from the bag to the shaker).
