Really bad. I didn't notice the product is not gluten-free (btw how it's possible? it'd be really easy to make it). When I contact you, you told me you will refund me except the shippment that is more than half of the total price (>30€). So you have lost a potential client (I'm using your competency) and my circle will get my feedback for sure.
