I had just written a about my experience but was not able to submit because I wanted to give you feedback, not write a review for your website. Back button was not supported (bad js on feedbackcompany's side) so I was not able to keep the old text.
I won't bother rewriting it as the insights was for you not your customers. This page also resulted on the rating going from "insufficient" to "bad".
