I use queal vegan occasionally as a replacement for lunch or dinner. I've used it few times during long tme travel(6+ hours) to replace hot-dogs and other fast-food. It works quite fine. I do not feel hunger for a long time after I consume one portion (150g approx) of queal. I also haven't experienced any digestion issues. But here come cons. It is WAY TOO SWEET for me. Glucose Syrup? Sucralose? I do not know which one makes it so sweet(in a bad way). After I eat half of a regular portion it starts to feel like this sugary taste becomes stronger and stronger with each gulp.
