Queal speaks about making a part of my life easier and saving me time. It hasn't done this -- the act of getting it delivered to me has involved a lot of time and stress. In their defence, it's the delivery company who are being rubbish here, but the end result is still that I've paid money and I have no food and more stress. For all I know it might be great if it actually turned up.

I do hope that you will be able to update your review with regards to the product. This review is about the delivery (which unfortunately is terrible) but we would love to also be reviewed for the products itself :) (when they are there)
