The concept and the taste is good. But it has to much carbohydrates. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4204795/ So even if I wasn't actually hungry when drinking the shake, it made me hungry about one or two hours after – and I normally can go long without eating. I assume it is because of the high carbohydrate content, as this effect is something I have observed before, and a reason I have changed my diet to lower carbohydrate containing one (with more fat and protein). Let me know when you make a product with lesser carbohydrate content. :)
