Queal is tasty and keeps me satisfied. I like that the shakes have a little texture to them as it makes them seem more like "real food". The monthly specials are great too. I've enjoyed all the flavors I've tried but wish the chocolate flavore was stronger. I also like the solid food options as shakes can get boring (super excited for ready!!). The interactive dashboard is a lot of fun too. The points and badges will definitely keep me buying haha. My main concern is that the calories are high so I usually eat half a serving per meal. It keeps me satisfied but I wonder if I am getting proper nutrition that way. Would you consider making a women's formula with lower calories and higher iron and calcium levels? Even a full serving of Queal is a bit low on those .
