Queal

The initial experience was great, quick checkout, quick delivery, possibly the best taste, but then things started to go awry.
After drinking one meal, my stomach turned inside out, but I thought it was just until I got used to it, however, no matter if I had the porridge or the drink, I would feel absolutely sick.
Ok, that’s ok, I could have maybe possibly gotten used to it, so I didn’t give up, I thought, at least I’d like to try multiple tastes, so I can suggest it to others, ordered 7 bags of different tastes. They were delivered in a week, but to the WRONG COUNTRY! How does that happen? I used the exact same address as before. I rand the delivery company to see if they made the mistake, because it didn’t make sense to me how is this possible, but, after investigating, they found that Queal had given them a different address.
Ok, fine, things happen, so I emailed Queal. It’s been days and I still haven’t heard back.
I usually don’t mind and I understand these things can happen, but I’ve done my part right, running after the ends, yet to still hear back. Also, I relied on these meals, so I replaced my food budget with Queal.
If I could suggest one thing - don’t rely on them.
