Paid & waited 6 weeks for Quooker to install - assurance that they’re installing their product so would be a good service. Engineer was fine, arrived late but ok (can’t help traffic) & tap installed. Days later discovered LEAK, puddle in cupboard. Phoned Quooker told they could come out a WEEK later to fix! So I put a bowl under to prevent damage to new cabinet and switched it off. Had to go out and buy a kettle.
Following week engineer turns up on wrong day with no notice. No contact from Quooker that the other engineer has been cancelled, took afternoon off work to be here. I’ve called Quooker to give feedback!
It has not been a professional service.
