The fact that you can get hot, cold and boiling water from the same tap is quite amazing. I thought it would be fraught with problems. Once the water temperature and filter settings are correct it works very well. The engineer Matt M, was amazing from his patience and knowledge, which was exceptional, his customer care, and the ability to advise the customer in a way they could understand was outstanding.
