Our plumber accidentally cut the power cable to our brand new quooker tap (!!!!), we called Quooker and upon explaining the situation, their wonderful team of Mac and Christian were able to send a replacement tap free of charge in order resolve our situation. We cannot express how helpful this has been. Our plumber is also rather appreciative!!! Thank you Mac and Christian.
