Reliability isn't good, and service is shocking. Our CUBE failed very early, and now the hot water mixer valve has failed. I reported it over two weeks ago and we still do not have a service visit arranged. When I was first contacted by a service agent he had to drop the call after 30 seconds, and then I missed a second call as the phone only range for about 10 seconds. It appears there is no means for me to call back, so I am left waiting.
