We have a Quooker Fusion tap and the boiling water function has stopped working and is very stiff to press/turn. Have called customer service a few times with no joy. I think it's a manufacturing fault as forums say that the inside can get rusted and stiff to turn if water gets in. The Fusion tap has a hole where the handle is to turn the tap on/off, therefore if you're washing up and using the handle water will trickle into the hole and inside the tap mechanism.
