Quooker

Very stunned and disappointed by the mediocre and apathetic customer services. I emailed twice but was completely ignored. I called and no one answered. So I tried other extensions but they did not want to deal with my query so I was left without answer. I still have no idea what filter to buy. The staff seemed totally indifferent. I did not expect this at all for a very expensive item and if I could go back, I would never buy.
