After Sales service is horrible , any repairs / service will take ages to get fixed. To book an appointment , you have to spend 45 minutes on phone and the technician appointment is available / booked after 30 days or 45 days. After spending 2000-3000£ , quooker expects you to wait with a malfunctioning system for 30-45 days.
