The service given on my Quooker today was superb. The engineer, James, who came today was meticulous, every part was inspected, the tank and its washers and filters were cleaned or changed as appropriate. He was careful and tidy in the extreme. He was friendly but respectful! I would not be without my Quooker Nordic tap - it saves me so much time and money, I make any hot drinks, and also can use it for cooking - using boiling water so that I do not have to heat up water for cooking on the electric hob.
