Update 15/09 *had an engineer visit on 08/09 who was very efficient and fixed the problem promptly, he also provided a few tips to keep the tap in good condition which was handy. I can’t give a better star review as I feel I shouldn’t of gone though what I did in order to have the tap fixed. What I will say though is that the company was very good at sorting the problem once I complained, this was resolved very quickly* You pay a lot of money for these taps, we hadn’t had ours more then a couple of months and the filtered water function stopped working, we went on line and registered a service, we just aren’t receiving responses, no reply on emails, you call up their help line and you’re on hold for hours then when you get hold of someone they go to transfer you and you just end up listening to a ringing phone.
