Boiling water is spurting and spitting everywhere. My wife and children are scared to use the boiling water. I have reported this to Quooker. They say they can send an engineer out to check it, but if it turns out to be an issue with water pressure or any other ‘non Quooker’ issue then there will be a £150 fee. Our water pressure is above 2 bar (as required) but sometimes drops below that because of demand. Don’t really want to bring an engineer out just in case he blames the water pressure and charges us £150 on top of the £1300 we have already spent!
