When it is working the tap is great, however if anything goes wrong the after sales service is unacceptable for a premium product. I need an engineer to come and look at the tap which has a mixer valve problem. It is 6 weeks to get an engineer to attend our property leaving the only tap in the kitchen servicing the sink without hot water to wash up etc. No local plumbers will touch any service issues with this brand of tap leaving the only option as the Quooker agent. The after sales model needs a huge re-think here.
