Purchased a new Quooker with scale control and within a couple of months noticed chrome nozzle had become pitted , after 3 wrong coloured items eventually fit the right one and now again nozzle is pitted . I have grohe taps for 15 years which look like new . Quality of product and customer service is not good and scale filter barely lasts 7 months
