Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life! First it took more than a month to get the appointment into the calendar. They gave a pretty big time span when they would be there, they didn't show up and they didn't give any reason for why not. Later I heard they came after the timeslot hoping we were still at home. When I asked for a new time asap as they missed the first time they offered one 3 weeks later, not considering that they were the reason for the rescheduling as they did not show up. I have emailed them several times without any answer whatsoever. If I would not know better I would have thought this company is a scam.
