Instant boiling water on tap really makes the tea/coffee making experience easier, you can make a drink instantly rather than turning on a kettle and having to come back. Also useful for filling a pan with water for cooking. Company has been very responsive when I have asked for support following an upgrade to their system which improved how often you needed a new filter but did require a new piece of kit.
