Customer service is extremely poor for what I assumed was a premium product. No phone support, email support unhelpful. Told to order a part and fit it myself! Engeneer visit would take 3 weeks! In the meantime I had a leak which was damaging my kitchen!

The leak is as a result of you not changing the scale control cartridge once it had expired and as you wrote this review we were in contact with you sending you images of how to change it.
We are also looking to see if we can arrange an engineer at short notice and feel it is a somewhat harsh review given the actions we are taking and the fact that the product is not faulty.
