Had this product 4 weeks and it’s flashing red - did short reset and long reset neither works, filled in online form for fault only for them to email 2 days later to say they need the same details again I.e. serial numbers and installation date before they can look at it??? Then I get an email suggesting a repair date in 3 weeks time, paid an awful lot of money for this tap and get an awful customer service with it!!
