Let me start by saying I LOVE (no adore) my Quooker tap (Cube). The problem though is that it has now stopped working properly no cold/sparkling water. THis all started happening after I installed replacement filters. The support I receive comes from emails that take up to 5 days to be acknowledged and even then the information (support?) What I receive is awful. These people clearly do not look at the client account due to the stupid questions they ask. Then, I am told that I have to get an engineer out at a cost of £150. The product is still in warranty. 5 start product ZERO star for support. In this day and age where is the on-line chat? 15 days for filters to be delivered, 5 days between support emails.... meanwhile I cannot use the system and I will need to fork out £150 for a visit by an engineer whilst still in warranty? It is not as though the product costs a lot of money…. Oh wait…. It does.
