I used to recommend quooker we’ve had quite along time the flexible pipes that deliver the hot have leaked several times .I think due the heat the has dried the joints out which has wrecked the kitchen cupboards.Also the pressure relief valve run constantly spoke to a lady on the phone ( that said it was supposed to which rubbish ) after waiting nearly 15 minutes on the phone.I’ve sent emails I’ve wrote nobody acknowledges at all till sending an email slagging them off then someone called Kennedy said I could contact him any time . Up to now I’ve phoned him four times hasn’t got back to me but the water company has to let me know if my water consumption carries on like this they will charge me an extra £450 because I’m on a water meter Hope this will get some action now
