After spending so much money, was initially disappointed that we only had a trickle of water after unit had been fitted by an experienced professional plumber. Waited several weeks for a Quooker engineer to call who checked and confirmed that unit had been fitted correctly. Replaced several parts and suggested that perhaps a main valve on the unit may have been faulty and may have indeed been clogged by burning. Engineer very pleasant and polite and efficient but to this day when we use the tap it comes out in all directions and we have to clean the head daily. To date we are disappointed after spending what is to us a small fortune on such a luxury. Feel you should either reduce the price or improve the quality.
