I have loved the tap - the concept is great but it has failed on a number of occasions. I have tried to fix it myself following the self help guides on the Quooker website but to no avail. In desperation I booked a general maintenance appointment which has at least a 6 week wait. DO NOT DO THIS if you have a dysfunctional tap, I have been advised since by a very efficient Quooker service manager (K Irving) that the best way to resolve the issue would be to call or live chat 9-5 Mon to Sat. Very helpful thank you. I now have an appointment much sooner so hopefully all will be well soon.
